At Nations Prime Ranch, our work extends beyond cattle and reflects the way we believe a ranch should function as a whole. We have incorporated llamas into the operation as livestock guardians and trusted pack animals for backcountry hunting, giving them a practical role both at home and in the mountains. Our honey bees are another part of that stewardship, helping support pollination and the surrounding environment while providing us with honey and beeswax that we can put to good use. The beeswax we harvest also becomes part of our handcrafted skin-care products, allowing us to carry something produced right here on the ranch into another part of what we offer. For us, each of these pieces serves a purpose and helps make the ranch more useful, more self-reliant, and more connected to the land around us.
