Your deposit secures your place in our processing schedule and will be applied to your final beef balance at pickup. Final pricing is based on the actual processed weight of your share, with remaining balance and pickup details provided before your scheduled date. We price our beef per hanging weight and include packaging fees. Our Per pound price for ¼ and larger beef shares is $8.50 per pound. Butchers Boxes are available every 6 months and average approximately 25-30 pounds of premium beef. Butchers Boxes are priced at a fixed price per box.
